I beg you: DON'T buy anything from HIRSCH'S HYDE PARK

I beg you: please DO NOT purchase anything from Hirschs. I wish I saw the reviews before I made a purchase from this store. The customer service in Hyde Park is just shocking. They sold me a BROKEN Defy stove and when I had to uninstall it, it cracked and they blamed me. They said they can't help me because the glass hob was cracked. I repeated and repeated that i would have not needed to uninstall it if it was not broken in the first place. It was two weeks of hell. It was ramadaan and i had no stove for two weeks. I can't tell you how bad the service was. I was reduced to tears numerous times by employees of this store. Even when i agreed to pay R2000 extra to fix the glass, the service was just terrible. I cannot believe the level of service. Only now when reading other reviews, i realise they are known to sell defective products and then don't do anything about it. Please don't buy anything from Hirschs Hyde Park
