Hurt and Disappointed

I am so disturbed by the customer service from Hirsch's. Everything was flawless in terms of service, all the way up until my 7 day old machine stops working. I emailed the orders email and the milnerton email address as they said that would be the branch I contact. I was promised someone would be sent out. No one has come to date. The machine was R15k, that is a lot of money to pay for something to only last 7 days. Severely hurt and disappointed. I bought from Hirsch's because one would assume such a bog company like that has their ish together. SO SO SO SO SOOOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTED
