Horrible service and no help...

Good day

So I had bought a jbl home sound system from hirschs umhlanga.. And it suddenly stopped working... So I took the sound back and when it was returned we were going to move so I didn't open the bubble wrap... Finally we decided not to move so I opened the packaging to discover my jbl had been bashed around... Dents that were never there and today I discovered the parts all broken... I had phoned to let hirschs know yet no one seems to want to help.... Horrible service.... And now the system is of the warranty so it's not there problem anymore... They also blamed me for the marks and dents as they said I waited to long to query... So I explained the situation and that I gave them a brand new system how can they give me back this... So they explained that's its my fault
