Horrible service

I ordered a freezer at Hirsch's and it was delivered on 02/12/2025 and it was not working, I have been going back and forth with them and till today I still have a freezer that is not working and I don't receive any feedback, when I inquire they tell me they are still busy with it.They don't have any urgency when dealing with my query and now it is almost two weeks and I had to throw away some of my food because of them.
