Horrible Hirschs

Bought a few items (fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster) from Milnerton store in early March and they were very happy to take my payment but when the goods needed to be delivered only half the items made it on the agreed delivery date 1 April. The other items were not in stock and can only be delivered on the 14th April. The manager of the store was less than apologetic and even asked me what he should do to fix the problem!!? They will do anything for a sale even if it means the customer has to wait 2 weeks for the products but Hirsch has lost me as a customer for life. Not happy
