Horrible after service.

We bought a Samsung washer dryer last weekend. A few days after we reported a terrible squeaking sound when it spins. We heard from the technician the same day and he said he would call us back. I called the manager the day after and he promised to sort out and a week later we are sitting with no feedback. The machine is getting worse and worse by the day.
