HORRIBLE AFTER SERVICE

I bought a Samsung 55'' Curved UHD - UA55mu7350kxxa tv online on the 24th Nov 2017 during the Black Friday special & went to collect the tv on the 12th Dec upon my return from holiday. Upon arrival at the shop the box was opened & the tv inspected without it being switched on, I drove home with the tv (10mins away from the store) & upon plugging the tv on we noticed a crack on the edge of the tv which is not visible if the device is not on. I called the store & spoke to Zayne who said he would investigate & request cctv footage of the day of collection from head office only to be told that their cctv were not working on the day. I have now been taken from pillar to post for the repairs or replacement of the brand new unit! Getting absolutely no joy from neither the store & their head office with regards to the matter!!! Hirsch's Struben's Valley service sucks BIG time!!!
