HOOVER UPRIGHT VACUUM CLEANER OVER HEATING

I have put Hirsch on Hello Peter previously in connection with a Hoover Turbo Vacuum cleaner that I have been told that they had stock and when I went to the store there was no stock. They eventually did get me one, but this vacuum cleaner is not working properly.

It works for about 5 minutes, then it over heats and stops working. I have phoned the store and was told that I have to come all the way back again to bring it in. It will now be sent to Hoover. Heaven knows how long this is going to take now again. Th9is was the first and last tome that I bought from Hirsch Strubensvalley
