Hoover doesn't suck

<p>I bought a Hoover HWD20 Wet/Dry Vacuum on 8/12/15. It broke down under the guarantee period and was sent in for repairs in Oct 2016. It has now broken down again accompanied by the smell of burning wires etc. (24 March 2017)</p> <p>I expect such a machine should have a longer life than this! </p> <p>The problem was reported to Hirsch's today and there was no response...just the attitude of what do you expect? </p> <p>It is obvious from this appliances history that it was faulty from the word go. </p>
