Hisense a bad investment

AVOID BUYING HISENSE PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS ARE FAULTY AND DIE WITHIN 6 MONTHS WITH NO AFTER MARKET PARTS AVAILABLE. Last year I bought a hisense front loader washing machine from Hirchs struben and was assisted by a lady by the name of Caitlin. In a period of 12 the washing machine broke down 3 times, what an investment 😔. The third time I was told warranty is voided because of infestation of pests but I'm certain the washing machine was sold to me faulty it's impossible for the machine to die 3 times in one year, now I'm waiting for a quote to replace needed part over 2 weeks with no promises of delivery.
