Hirsh's repair service are dissapointing

I have generally had a good experience with Hirsch's Hillcrest, however, recently had to send a blender back that was broken, and have since had multiple days given to me when it should be ready, only for the day to get pushed back further each time, without any clear communication as to when it will be ready.
