Hirsh's poor delivery service

The worst possible delivery service that Hirsch is using. They don't update you on delivery and eventually when I got hold of the driver he tells me he will be by me at 7pm! The drivers boss tells me they only using 1 vehicle who's fault is that? If you can't handle the capacity don't take on the deliveries. Now I must go drive after him to get my own TV. Im 15 years in logistics and never have we delivered at that hour of the night. They are quick to take your money but delivery service is poor poor
