Hirsh's No Warranties

This the second time Hirsch's don't honor any sense of warranty. I first bought a Dyson vacuum, it broke after 2 months they wouldn't replace it but rather sent it in for repairs. I had to make contact with the direct importer and they replaced it. Today I went back to to exchange Russel Hobbs fan, it just doesn't turn on after 1/2 months. Once again it must be booked in surely an exchange is valid if its only 1/2 months old. Poor service will never support them again.
