Hirsh's Milnerton

We bought a new house and decided to go through Hirshs as they had everything we needed. We bought two refrigerators, a washing machine, dish washer as well as three bar stools. We informed the store that we are waiting on the house to be transferred into our name and therefore delivery will need to happen at the beginning of September but we can confirm as soon as we know the dates. The house was transferred on the 6th of September and we contacted hirsh for our delivery only to be told that they have none of our stock available and we needed to let them know at least a week in advance. This was already difficult as we needed a refrigerator as soon as possible. When asked why we weren't informed all customer service went out the window. Now 21 days later. We only have the dish washer and washing machine. We had a loan refrigerator, only as we contacted the regional manager because the Milnerton branch would not assist us and completely lost our order. On the 27th of September we were promised that everything would be delivered, only to receive a delivery of our new refrigerator. Now we are still waiting on our second fridge and bar stools, with no communication as to why we haven't or couldn't receive the rest of our order. From dealing with HR in Durban, to regional manager and store manager, still no customer service, it seems once they have received your money, you are no longer a valued client. Totally disgusted at the service and the amount of work it is taking from our side to get what we paid for over two months ago!
