Hirsh's lack of service

Hirsch Springfield - Repair centre. I am very disappointed with the service and follow up of my tumble drier repair. I paid for a part that was supposed to fix my problem. Problem still persisted. . Hirsch promised to repay me for that part after I pay for another part if the problem was fixed with the new part only. It was fixed and now they come with another story..My initial contact was December 2018 and now we are in July 2019. - Not acceptable service
