Hirsh's After Sales Services is the worst.

I bought a TV Online and Opted to collection at Struben's Valley, the purchase process was smooth until when I arrive home after a few hours TV Stopped working, contacted the Online team they said I must take it back to Hirsh's and that where the problems started, the service was terrible the people just don't care about the customer as long as they have made the sale. They sent me home with a damaged TV so I must wait 72 hours while the figure it out, TV is practically brand new and why they can't just exchange it it is beyond me...

If you buy from there just hope the goods are working and don't break cause you will suffer if anything goes wrong.
