Hirsch’s - Zwillings Kettle cracked casing

I purchased a Zwillings kettle from Hirsch’s in Hyde Park. Within seven weeks I noticed a crack in the casing under the handle. As the kettle had not been dropped or manhandled in any way, I believed (And still do) that it was caused by a manufacturing fault. Hirsch’s And the Zwillings distributor Compre force have made the decision not to refund me As the kettle was not returned within two weeks. I am obviously very dissatisfied and should add that I had purchased their toaster A few days before the kettle. I need to flip the toast to have it browned on both sides.… If you are considering either one of these two Appliances which do not run cheap, it may be worth considering again.
