Hirsch's yet to refund me
I went into Hirsch's for two items on the 5th of August, 2021, a Smeg Toaster and a fridge. I wanted a small fridge and one of their Salesperson told me to get a certain fridge which I found out was a counter fridge. After purchase, I returned the counter fridge in less than 30 minutes of purchase.
I returned the counter fridge since 5th of August, 2021 and they promised to refund my money back into my account. They asked for an account so that they can do EFT, I went into Hirch's Silverlakes today 18th Aug.,2021 and they are yet to refund me. After brief argument, they promised to refund on the 24th of Aug.,2021. I will be waiting until then before I take a legal approach because this ridiculous

21 Aug 2021, 10:45As promised after the two weeks delay of refunding my R4 100, Hirsch’s Silverlakes finally initiated a refund on the 20th of Aug., 2021 and the money reflected today 21st of Aug., 2021.
This is a follow up. Thank you Hello Peter for giving us a platform to vent. And thanks to two of their staffs in the name of Joseph Wamba and another Indian lady who responded quickly and made the refund possible.
