Hirsch's worst service ever

I Orded a Hisense Black Stainless Steel Combi Fridge -H410BS-WDfridge in Milnertorn Hirschs I was told there is no stock and its not in any of their branches in the branch on Saturday the 30 August 2019 I was told it will be in my place on 3rd September paid for the fridge and delivery. I inquired on Monday asking them when will the fridge be dilverd they told they dont have stock yet they will get back to once they do on Friday 5 September 2019. they still didnt call me I had to call them asking them for feedback no one is communicating with I am calling them all the time still no fridge. its now Friday the 13 September 2019 still no Fridge I had to call them AGAIN. they now tell me the fridge is in somerset west in cape town they can only deliver on Wednesday. the fridge has been there all this time.
