Hirsch’s won’t give my money Back!!!

Hirschs **** about refunding me! Last Friday I went into the store at 7:20 to purchase a fridge. An hour later my partner called to tell me he had already bought a fridge, I was still in the store and requested that my purchase be reversed. The manager agreed to the purchase being reversed and then I went to the cashier and was assisted. She reversed the transaction and gave me the merchant copy(from the speed point). She said the money will be returned to my account within 24hours, which didn’t happen, yesterday I went back to the store and the cashier said I would have the money in my account today but that didn’t happen, instead the transaction was processed and Banked!!! I had to go back to the store Again, the lady who assisted was firstly rude and then said I want to buy another product which is not true! She can not force me to take another product and I will not accept any vouchers or anything to that effect!! I want my money back and that’s it!!!
