HIRSCH'S ********* and extremely bad Experience

Staff at Hirsch's Springfield Park, Durban are dishonest and inefficient. They have no integrity, merely focussing on a sale and not on customer care. They make promises which they cannot keep and do not get back to the customer. I, as a customer had to phone constantly to follow up on my delivery. Payment was made at the beginning of December 2017 and I was promised delivery before Christmas. Nothing happened. I made numerous calls to the consultant who was not transparent about the delays. He promised to reduce the item purchased and pay into my account; that has not happened either. I had to send him my banking details twice, still nothing happened. Delivery only took place on 20 January 2018. This too after I had to follow up. The manager of the store also promised to contact me, but she too didn't follow up. Its two weeks since delivery, and I'm still waiting for my part refund. There was no courtesy call from the store to check if all was in order. I have purchased many items from Hirch's in the past and after this experience, will definitely not purchase from them again. Hopefully I will get a call from someone senior.........waiting.
