Hirsch's Umhlanga - Useless

This company consistently lets me down. A washing machine only 6 weeks old (under warranty) that they refused to take back - each time the same part failed. They came back 6 times and still refused to take the machine back - every time I was without a washer. Once they came with the wrong part. Oven on a maintenance plan - I waited 7 weeks for parts and then when I chased up they said they had ordered the wrong part. They are absolutely useless and their communication is shocking. Nobody should buy from this store - they are completely hopeless in every respect. Customer service is non existent.
