Hirsch's Support Services is Dismal to Say the Least!

The lack of action and response from Hirsch service support is frightening. After insisting we pay up front, our payment was "lost" for several weeks (long story but totally their fault). They eventually collected our 75" TV and we are told they have repaired it. Trying to get it returned, however, is a nightmare. Nobody returns our calls and trying to get hold of a "manager" is well nigh impossible. I would strongly recommend finding alternative support services - I will never use these people again.
