Hirsch's Support (long distance)

This review goes out to Keshan (Hirsch's - Ballito).

1st and foremost: my sincere apology to Keshan - due to circumstances beyond my control (700kms away from my property & incompetency from a reputable electrical company), I blamed Keshan for a manufacturing issue on a new electric hob. The misleading information set the tone for my frustration.

Thank you Keshan for remaining 'cool' when I was on a war-path. You kept in touch with me throughout the 4 x day struggle to get that hob fitted. For that I am grateful.

I'm awarding Hirsch's 5 x stars, purely because of Keshan's constant involvement despite my frustrations.
