Hirsch’s Strubens Valley

I have been trying to get a price and availability on a Defy Gas hob control know from Hirsch’s Strubens Valley. The person responsible for dealing with this does not get back to you. When you call, you are continuously disconnected. The assistant manager promised to call back within 30 minutes, but no reply. Their after sales service is particularly poor. Will avoid this store in the future.
