Hirsch’s slow and poor service

Bought a new oven, installed it and it wasn’t working. Phoned Bosch and Hirsch’s, where I bought the oven, and they made me wait 3 days for someone to assist me and still waiting. I phone every day between Hirsch’s and Bosch South Africa for someone to assist me and every day or every call I speak to someone new and can’t get hold of the previous person. Nobody at Bosch or Hirsch’s cares to help or do anything from their side to assist. Finally on the 3rd day when I phoned they said the technician will come assist me later that day (3rd day). After I told them that I couldn’t make food for 4days already because my previous oven broke. They do not care about the customer and the inconvenience their slow service is causing me. #givemeanewstove
