Hirsch's service to be avoided at great cost!!

Paid for an extended warranty from Hirsc's for a Miele Dishwasher a year or so back. Promised repair service in 48 hours. Reported an error on Tuesday 30 July 2019 and someone from Miele was going to phone us to make an appointment. Repeatedly called Hirsch to say no one called us. They said they were calling Miele regularly to arrange. Eventually called Miele and they had never heard from Hirsch about our call out. Not only poor service but dishonesty too! Disgusted Hirsch's. Will never do business with you again.
