Hirschs poor customer service

Good day

Hirschs customer service is the absolute pits. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I purchased a Hirschs voucher via the Vodapay app in Nov/December 2021. Hirschs confirmed my order and sent me an order code. To date I have not received my voucher despite numerous attempts to get in touch with Hirschs. I have also sent emails to the emails addresses provided. I received this message from them on the 10 December 2021:
