HIRSCHS PATHETIC SERVICE

I bought a smeg kettle and a toaster on the 10 May 2019. I went to the store looking for a green kettle and a toaster, due to their staff incompetence i was sold a CREAM kettle and a toaster. Its pity I was away to be able to see the incorrect colour that was sold to me, of which i instructed my helper to open the appliances of which she would never know the colour i wanted the kettle was used when i got back yesterday I found a cream appliances which i dont need in my kitchen. Went to the store told them about the incompetency of their staff, the manager had a nerve to tell me that he cannot be invloved in my personal life cause I was not around and the kettle was used it is not their problem its my problem. They cannot exchange the the kettle due to their incompetency.
