HIRSCHS PARTS DIVISION SPRINGFIELD PARK

I had a problem with my refrigerator that was purchased from Game. I was told the fan is not working and this part could take up to a month to arrive. I became stressed and helpless and was referred to Hirschs by a friend. I contacted Hirschs part division and explained my situation to a gentleman by the name of Richard Barath. He assured me he will try his best to get the part to me within a few days. After 2 days the part arrived he then introduced me to his service department and liased with them on my behalf. The very next day the fan was installed in my refrigerator and my refrigerator is working perfect. I just want to Thank Hirschs Parts division Richard Barath for the outstanding service you provide to your customers . You left me speechless that this type of service actually exist.
