Hirsch's out for themselves!!

I purchased appliances from the Hirsch's store in strubensvalley, after much discussion with their managers due to my family relocating to another province they said invoicing would be an issue so I took delivery. I have since requested a cancellation and a full refund. Hirsch's tries everything not to process a refund, throw every story at you and stick you with the collection fee bill! the services is horrible. 4 days in and i'm still sitting with the items, after agreeing to paying their collection fees just so i can get my refund back. One of the men from the delivery service team who is apparently contracting for Hirsch's was questionable he looked at my child like she was something to eat!!!!! after raising my concerns with the store they said they always vet the people working for them and apologized sincerely. Now when i requested a cancellation and refund they are "separating themselves from the delivery company" saying they don't work for Hirsch's and I need to pay them to collect the appliances!!! I used to be a proud Hirsch's customer, I have to say I will no longer be supporting them! Disgusting!
