Hirsch’s Online Support Experience

Would like to give an ovation to the team handling Online customer support care, more especially a lady by the name Teainta (hope I got the correct spelling.)

Ordered online on Friday afternoon and my order failed to go through and payment was deducted from my account. Was so stressed and concerned that I could’ve been ****med.

After makings calls to try and get around what was the issue, Teainta was one of the people I spoke to. The story is too long but I am grateful she was there to call and update me with every process, until I was assured that my order did go through and it’s ready for collection.
