I cannot state ANYTHING negative about my dealings with Hirsch's online store. Order placed on the 8th and item delivered on the 10th. No visible signs of issues with the item (will only know for certain once its used); and delivery team & their communication was good. Received a 10% discount as first time user; and I'm very happy with my decision to buy from Hirsch's online.
