Just a warning to potential shoppers at Hirsch's: If you need repairs on a Smeg appliance and it is out of warrantee, they do not get involved at all to help you getting it fixed. It is entirely up to you to take it to the Smeg agents in Limbro park (during office hours as they are closed over weekends). In our case it is 110km traveling there and back and you need to take a day's leave. They do not inform you when you purchase the item.
