Hirsch's & MRC a costly combination

I used an electrician recommended by Hirsch's Meadowdale branch - Robbie fm MRC Repairs to fit a whirlpool Oven bought fm Hirsch's Meadowdale - oven's timer blew -according to Robbie. He asked for R600 which I duly pd him in cash. He asked for R2600 which I duly paid him for a new timer. Robbie NOW says sorry it's not the timer it's something else. He returned the timer apparently & has deducted the 15% handling fee fm me!!!!! Shocking disgusting service all around. Why shld I be responsible to pay for yr electrician's mistake. I've been a Hirchs customer for over 10 yrs. This incident has put me right off. I also recently noticed many negative posts on Hello Peter about products bought at Hirchs.
