Hirsch's Milnerton

11 months ago we bought our Defy washing machine at Hirsch's Milnerton. A week ago it would not switch on. So we called Hirsch's. The agent was dispatched. He opened the washing machine and said it is ****roach infested which is not true. He told us it would take two days for feedback. We waited over a week for feedback. No phone call. We had to call them and leave messages for an agent to call us back. We were informed that the case was closed as the unit was ****roach infested and therefore the warranty was null and void. Real bad customer service. We won't be shopping here again.
