Hirsch's MEADOWDALE WORST SERVICE!!!!!

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would have done it. The service received is absolutely shocking!! It has taken them 2 months to get back to me on a door lock mechanism for my defy washing machine and still it is not resolved. Last week I was told that the Durban branch has 1 in stock but will take 21 days to get to Johannesburg. I then offered to pay for the courier myself as I couldnt wait 21 days. After acceptance of my order Nompumulelo confirmed via whatsapp, I did NOT cancel the order and when I followed up this morning on the ETA, I was told... "I had canceled the order as you never responded to the last text I sent you as you were in urgent need of the spare part. And apologies for the inconvenience, we having stock take this week. We might not be receiving anything from suppliers until we are done." SO I am no closer than what I was in December. HIGHLY frustrating, as you need to call the branch as they do not get back to you. How you are still operating is beyond me!
