Hirschs Meadowdale very poor aftersales service.

Don't bother wasting your money at the Meadowdale branch, their after sales service sucks. Been waiting for months for parts for a stove (an expensive stove) and the people that deal with getting quotes are absolutely unreliable and inefficient and have zero communication skills. No point in escalating to management either as they simply brush you off. Never buying from them again, I'll stick to Makro, Builders, Leroy Merlin etc. for any future purchases as they take customers seriously.
