Hirsch’s Meadowdale don’t care about their consumers

Hirsch Meadowdale has ruined me from ever buying any appliance from them again. But this is just the beginning of the bad publicity I will be putting on social media. I bought a Whirlpool washing machine last year June. This year, 8 August the glass on the door exploded outwards during a spin cycle. Now Whirlpool don’t have any stock of this door in the country and therefore gave me 21 working days ETA. Then they need to test the unit to make sure that it was in fact a fault with the machine. I have pleaded with both Whirlpool and Hirsch’s and all they keep saying is sorry. *** must I do with that. This will equate to over a month without a washer along with a toddler that is currently potty training. Both brands have literally told me in a nice way that my unique issue means **** all and that they are not interested in their customers, just their pockets. I urge anyone that find their deals amazing to not even think about purchasing from them. Just from seeing the large volumes of complaints here alone confirm my feelings.
