Hirsch’s Hyde Park - extremely poor service delivery

Extremely poor customer service. Since buying the appliances 3 weeks ago (and paying for delivery) Hirsch’s is yet to deliver the goods. Escalating concerns to the “manager” had also amounted to naught as she too is clearly unable to ensure the delivery of the goods within the agreed timelines.

The processes and systems are clearly weak or non-existent and the management and sales teams do not have the aptitude to resolve service failures.

Hirsch’s will never receive a cent from me again and I would caution everyone against buy large appliances from them.
