Hirsch's Fourways poor service

Purchased a Dyson air wrap as a gift and paid an hefty amount collected at the Fourway store and I informed them that at the time I ordered I didn't have my loyalty card membership number and they searched and found it but refused to apply the loyalty amount to my loyalty number for me to obtain my cash back that I can use to shop there in the future so spent almost 13k to get this kind of treatment,if I didn't need to gift this product today I would have definitely returned this product,but I will definitely not support this ator or business again.
