Hirsch's Fourways poor after sale service.

I bought an LG washing machine this past Saturday. The machine was delivered the following day. The guys who delivered it told me that only an LG technician is allowed to install it. No one told us this when we bought the machine. I called the sales person who sold the machine and she told me that they can call an LG technician but I'll have to pay him. I refused to pay. She then told me she will come today with the LG sales ambassador in their store to come install the machine. The guy had no clue how to install the machine. I had to read the manual for instruction. He did a rush job and had to leave early because they had to be back at the shop before it closes. When I was moving the machine I noticed that some of the *****s are loose. Now I have to get people to lift the machine for me to tighten the *****s. What's the point of me paying for installation and get this service? I had to stay for 5 days without using the machine.
