For high end appliances and big box items, I trust Hirsh's over competitors for 3 important reasons: 1) Hirsch's carry latest models not carried by mass marketers, 2) Hirsch's knowledgeable and efficient sales people are at the door to greet you and assist as required, 3) Hirsch's carry quality product and meaningful warranties with support of technical repair service and parts. And Hirsch's delivery service is quick and reliable. The delivery personnel check with you to confirm goods are in A1 condition. I appreciate that. No one else that I know of does all this. Yesterday I bought an oven with the assistance of Kierin at Hirsch's Fourways store. He was excellent, giving me sound advice and the confidence to make the right selection for my needs and my pocketbook. The oven was delivered first thing this morning. I am impressed. This is not the first time I have purchased a big box item from Hirsch's and can confirm that I have always received this level of service.
