Hirsch's faulty fridge/freezer

We bought a LG Fridge/Freezer combo from Hirsch's online end of last year. Once opened, I noticed that the two doors are not lined up properly but the one door is sticking out above the other door. I notified Hirsch's and they send out an LG technician who tried to fix the doors but was unable. I again emailed and notified my online correspondent which said she will get a senior technician to come and assist. Then I realized her senior technician is the same company that failed to fix my fridge. I now requested a replacement unit as I bought a defective unit. Hirsch's still say they will not replace but the senior technician will assist. This is so unprofessional and I will definitely not buy from this company again. Other companies would have replaced the unit immediately.
