Hirsch's false advertising & rude customer service!

Recently purchased memory foam pillows from Hirsch's Strubens Valley & the sales person assured me that the pillow is machine washable (there were no cleaning instructions on the packaging of the pillow) Once I washed the pillow it tore at the edges, now they do not want to remedy the issue! Instead the consultant raised her voice, unprofessional & offered no alternatives. Further the pillows advertised price & what I paid for each pillow was totally different! Horrible service!
