Hirsch's **** warranty promises

Be careful when buying from Hirsch, it is my opinon that they dont keep to their warranty policies, all they want is your money and not keeping the clients best interest at heart. Purchaced a Miele vacum cleaner end of last year, the Miele bag (purchased from Hirsch as well) burst. Long story short all we heard for the last 3 months are excuses for them not to cover the repairs. Now after months of back and fourth emails, want us to pay R650 labour on a product that is still under warranty. On principal this should be covered. You think you buying premium products from a known brand / company but i guess you not.
