Hirsch's Exceptional Service

Our fridge packed up on Sunday 4 September 2022. I used the internet to search for a new fridge and found a extremely good special advertised at Hirsch's. I went to the Hyde Park store at lunch time, looked at the unit and purchased it. The sales person Shanitha Ramballi was extremely helpful. When paying, I asked for delivery to take place after 1pm on Monday (the next day). I was told it would not be a problem. On my way home I received my first call from Hirsch's confirming my delivery instructions. Amazing. On Monday, I received a call at about 12h45 from the delivery crew saying they would be at my house in about 15 minutes. Again, amazing. At 13h02 they arrived, helped me move my old fridge into my garage and then placed and unpacked my new fridge in the kitchen. Damian and his partner were professional, pleasant and efficient. Again, amazing. This was truly an exceptionally good experience from start to finish. Hirsch's are fantastic.
