Hirsch’s don’t care about customers

I bought a dishwasher from this company 3-4 weeks ago on a weekend. The machine got delivered on Monday. installed on Monday and found the machine not working. Informed them about the issues and after a back a forth of telephone calls they sent a technician a week later (following Monday). Technician said the control unit was faulty and needed to be replaced. I refused this and was promised credit or another machine after another back and forth of calls (all calls initiated by me not once did they call me through this time). Till this day I’m still sitting with a washing machine that never worked and promises that are never kept. The service is shocking to say the least. Through out this time I have kept my cool coz I don’t know what else to do. I’m really surprised how this company is handling my issue!!!!
