hirschs dissapointment

on the 17th of april 2018 i handed in my LG sound system for repairs which was still under guarantee they promised me it will be ready a week n a half now its going on 2mnths and nothing as been done i have spoken to the sales group the service group n the service manager n im not getting any joy watsoever imagine this if u took ur own car which was brand new which had a fault to bmw toyota or hyundai n they could not of helped u for days that turned in to mnths what would u have done in my shoes to travel back and forth to work and shopping etc and at whose cost factor this is what hirshs as done to me imagine this i got no entertainment for family n friends thank you very much i will forward the paperwork to whoever is concerned .
