Hirsch's Dissapointing Customer Service

Our hob has been broken since 14December2021, we logged a call with Hirch's Springfield Durban branch to no avail. We have been calling every second day and even spoke to the store manager Preggy who promised to get back to us 3times already without honoring any of the promises he made to contact Defy and make sure a technician comes to help us. The product is still under warranty.
